If you are truly interested in an improvement in your sagginess. 1. Do proper sit up/crunches...that is small movements with your hands to the side of your head not interlocked behind your head. The movement of your head should be up towards the ceiling, not forward towards your knees. This ensures good form...which is more important to the results than the quantity of the activity. 200 hundred poorly done ab exercises will do nothing for your neck. 2. Swimming. Again with proper form. Less movement in the body produces better results as you are holding your body tight and forming a tight unit. 20 minutes of good form yields better results than just 'pushing it' for an hour jsut to say you did an hour in your own mind. 3. Yoga. again because form determines the results.
