YesAnswerYou can for a little while but it is not good for the t-case. I did it with mine and it when i'd step on the gas i could feel that it wasnt putting all of the power to the rear wheels but kept trying to spin the front but with no driveshaft it didnt do anything. This will wear out the clutches and stuff on the inside. I also talked to a Jeep mechanic who said its no good. Its probably similar to how you can't tow a quadratrac jeep with a car dolly. It has to be towed with all the tires on the ground or off the ground otherwise it wears out the t-case. I just installed a new t-case to get the 2-wheel drive and can definitely tell the difference between the quadratrac with no front driveshaft and real 2-wheel drive.

I don't believe there is a relay. When you turn on the power to your radio the antenna should go up and down when you turn off the power. If the antenna is not doing just that, then the antenna motor is bad.
