Health is a noun that means a state of wellness of body or mind and free from disease or debilitating condition.

Your health is worth more than anything that money can buy.

I could not find a dictionary that described the word 'health' as an adjective but to me the following use of the word is as an adjective:

Health claims for some food products are often for commercial purposes with no real basis in science. OR The health benefits for this product are highly overrated.
