well you haven't done anything have you.
you've hinted to this girl who is probably too shy to make a move that you like her so weakly that she had to eventually find out through the internet about your feelings for her. I would tell you to 'man up' and whatever, but I know how you feel because I have social anxiety issues and get very nervous when it comes to this sort of thing, so here's what I'd recommend.
Either make a move, or don't make a move, stop sending her mixed signals and then she'll be telling her mom and herself about the clear signals you send whatever you choose them to be.
Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone, that's how things get done mate.
