How come you blow a 10 amp fuse when you turn on taillights on a 1991 Isuzu pick up?

probably b/c the wiring loom is damaged somewhere.
One of the taillight assemblies can be corroded causing a short. Remove the bulb and check the socket. The wiring can also be shorted out. Turning on the taillights turns on the front running lights so check there also.
