You may have input the wrong year of birth. Many companies request that you are above a certain age (13, usually) and if you plug in the wrong year it will add a cookie to your internet explorer that it will read, saying that you aren't old enough. That may not make sense. Let's say your signing up for Facebook, you have to be 13, you say your 12, and it says "Sorry, you are currently under the allowable age to sign up for this". It has now saved a file under Internet Explorer, saying next time you visit this site you can't sign up. There are two ways to get around this; 1, Clear you cookies. The easiest way, but you may lose other files that are helpful. 2, You a diffrent Internet Explorer. (ie, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome)
