From the life of Jesus Christ 0-33 AD, The man who was fully man and fully God, the second person in the Trinity. Born of a virgin, conceived by the Holy Spirit. His life death and resurrection are chronicled in 4 gospels, 3 written by close disciples, 1 by a doctor based on eye-witness accounts, all written within 60 years of his life (latest(John) written around 85-90 AD). 12 disciples( apostles) and a convert(saul(paul)) built the apostolic christian Church based on Jesus' life teachings and gift of salvation. These gospels, acts(early church history), and many letters written to churches were put together with the jewish Old Testament to make up the common christian versions of The Bible. Hope this answers your question.

Answer The prodestant reformation. AnswerChristianity is thought to have emerged from a combination of some of the Romans introducing it around the third and fourth centuries (it became the dominant religion in Rome in the fourth century) and later the influence of the Celtic Christians of Ireland and Scotland. The Nicene creed agreed in the fourth century consolidated the beliefs of Christians at the time and was the first universal creed. Various invaders into England (Angles Saxons Danes Norse) would have brought their own pagan beliefs so the Christianisation of the whole of England would take centuries to complete. The Protestant reformation named above didn't occur until the 16th century which split the Christian church in England (and other countries) into Catholic and Protestant and all it's various forms.

The apostles of the early church spread the religion to the underprivileged people, like poor, sick, women and slaves, and it became very popular among them since they had nothing in life to be grateful for, and Christianity gave them a promise of a better afterlife if they devoted their life to god. Then the religion slowly formed it's way to the masses and the priest of Roman Emperor Constantine the Great got the emperor to convert the whole empire to Christianity. Later all other religions were banned, when in times before the Roman Empire allowed all religions in it's region.

Christianity has always been the religion for poor people, who hated their miserable lives and needed a hope of better life after death. Sadly, there is no afterlife, and they missed their lives believing that.
