Not as much as you would think. Gandhi was influenced primarily by Hinduism, Christianity and Jainism. As a devout theist, Gandhi did not think much of Buddhism, at least not until his later years.

Gandhi was influenced greatly by the bhagvat geeta the holy text of hindus and mankind. It taught him ahimsa (non violence) amongst other things too.
