Batman is one of the best fighters (if not the best) in the world. He is master of 127 martial arts, and can pretty much beat anyone.

Well since both characters reached peakhuman it's quite unlikely that one is stronger than the other. Tarzan has shown great feats of strength by breaking guns in The Legend of Tarzan. Batman too has shown great feats of strength by punching criminals and making them fly off their feet. Batman has reached peakhuman through self will and determination while Tarzan has reached for the need to survive in the jungle. Batman has mastered 127 different types of Martial Arts which require different types of mental and physical training. So I have to give this to Batman. Batman has benched pressed 600lbs before.

That's why Superman is better, because he protects the WORLD from alien threats on a global scale, not just a city.
