There weren't any huge benefits as such by Vasco ga gama's voyage to India and Africa. But we can consider that the social communication and the trade took a new turn during the era. There were new prospects and ideas about the trade exchange happening and merchants became more and more aware of the complexities of their bussiness something which they haven't had earlier. Its is probably the very beginning of foriegn trade within these countries(India & Africa).
