There were no war between Serbia and Bosnia. That war was called Bosnian war and it was fought between Croats backed by Croatia, Muslims (also known as Bosniaks) and Serbs backed by FR Yugoslavia. All 3 ethic groups live in today BiH. Majority are Serbs then Bosniaks and finally Croatians.
War was ended by Dayton agreement. Two entities were formed one was named Republika Srpska (Mostly Serbs) and other was Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (mostly Croats and Muslims). BiH political system became similar to those of Switzerland.
Finally, with the Muslims on the run, Sarajevo would become the grand prize, and its capture by the fall would effectively conclude the war.
There were series of wars. In Croatia, Serbia which was the aggressor was defeated, in Bosnia and Herzegovina a peace was setteled with Dayton agreement.

World war one
Austria-Hungary attempted to invade Serbia during World War One.
It was a consquence of the Black Hand gang murdering Arch Franz Ferdinand when he visited Sarajevo in Bosnia - the Austrians blamed in on the Serbs as Bosnia wanted to be inderpendant of Austria-Hungary and part of Serbia and declared war.
Bosnia, Serbia, Kosovo, Crotia etc...
Feel free to correct me if I am incorrect, but I believe Serbia was demanding of Bosnia.
Assuming you mean the Croatian War of Independence, the side who won was Croatia.
Croatia won its independence against Serbia. Bosnia & Herzegovina too.
They invaded Bosnia who at the time were rather close allies of Serbia. This made Serbia angry and thus forth they contacted Russia who were allies with Serbia. Russia then said that if Austria-Hungary do anything to Serbia, Russia will have to react. Then after the assassination A-H shelled the capital of Serbia and that started the war.
Sarajevo is the capital of the country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
