Depends on what your station was. For the nobility, there would be hunts, masques, theatrical entertainments provided in their homes, various animal fights, such as bear baiting. For the middle and lower classes, there would might be a chance to see a new play by Marlowe or Shakespeare. Hunting was out for them, at least as a sport; if they went hunting at all it was for food. There would be some street games of course, though the children at that time went to work early in life.
