One way is to change your eating habits and add some exercise. For instance, skipping the salad dressing on your salad, or choosing to eat only half a steak and saving the other half for another meal can reduce the number of calories you consume. Also, swapping water for soda or juice can help a lot.
For exercise, start easy and work your way up. Lifting weights (3 or 5 pounds to start - no need for a full dumbbell set), doing isometric exercises or even just walking up and down the stairs a few extra times can start the process.
Incidentally, you won't lose weight fast - losing more than a pound a day can create a life-threatening medical emergency. Also, losing weight too fast can cause you to gain it all back just as fast.
If you're age 14, you shouldn't lose weight fast. See a dietician to find out a safe and healthy way to lose weight.
