Make sure fuse is installed in fuse box.. Sometimes a fuse has never been installed for this option or perhaps someone else has removed the fuse..
If a vehicle is equipped with DLRs then they have to be activated. It's probably a fuse. They are supposed to come on automatically anytime the engine is running.
