exactly that: you don't get a lemonade stand permit nothing more nothing less
no
In the United States, the Land of the Free, a business license and operating permit from the government is required for ANY business, even one as small as a sidewalk lemonade stand.
yes
Selling lemonade that you made yourself and are not trying to make a business out of is legal, but if you want to have a business in that kind of stuff, you need a permit/license to sell.
Actually, kids can only have a lemonade stand without a license if it's on private property. If its at your house, no problem. If you try to have it at a park or a sports game etc... you may run into trouble. I would hope that most cities are lenient, but there are many cases of children being fined for not having a permit... usually around $500.
You are supposed to have a vendors permit anywhere but police rarely enforce it on something like that
no you dont have to get a permit from any zoneing along it not in county right of way and it on your property
Theoretically if you place your stand on land that is owned by the town, city or state, you need a permit. If you place your stand on property that is privately owned, you do not need a permit, but you do need permission from the owner of the land. If you do it on your own private land, you do not need a permit. This is a general answer: If you are going to operate ANY food vending enterprise ANYWHERE in the US it will most likely require a Health Department license, and if it is to be run for profit, will probably need a business/tax license as well. On the other hand, if you are asking about a kid's lemonade stand in front of their home, I'm certain that local law enforcement will probably "overlook" it, providing that it does not become a regular ongoing business venture.
Theoretically if you place your stand on land that is owned by the town, city or state, you need a permit. The laws and by-laws are different in every city, state and country, and you will need to speak to City Hall if you want to secure a pass. However, Police often turn the other cheek with these businesses, especially if they are run by minors. If you do it on your own private land, you do not need a permit.
Unfortunately yes you do, however, the majority of law enforcement has larger problems to deal with so rarely enforce laws on lemonade stands.
