1) Remove/loosen all body mounting bolts 2) source 1 hockey puck for each BM, drill holes in them 3) source longer bolts, sleeves, etc. 4) lift body off of frame enough to slide pucks in (make sure nothing gets damaged i.e wireing, etc.) 5) install new hardware 6) deal with all the unintended results such as shift linkages, wiring, gap guards, adjustments, fan shroud relocation, etc to accomodate the fact that your body is farther away from the frame 7) put bigger tires on and feel all cool.
you just have to but hockey pucks and longer bolts

super lift carries a body lift for the sport trac
A stair-lift would be a novel addition.
I have a 1992 Ford Ranger 2WD. I was told that with a two-inch body lift you could barely fit 33's on mine. So Im guessing you might could fit 29's. You also have to keep in my mind that some times will grind on the tire wall.
On a 1996 Ranger the manual shows to lift the clutch pedal every 5000 miles to adjust the hydraulic clutch - I have no idea if your's is the same
first you need to find all the bolts that hold the body to thechassis. measure how big the bolts are and go out and buy hockey pucks. the # of hockey pucks you buy will depend on how much you want to lift the truck (about one hockey puck per inch lifted) lets say you have 12 bolts... you will then have to buy 12 hockey pucks for every inch you want to lift the truck. i would suggest you don't lift it any more than 2-3 inches. if you go any higher you will have to extend all the electrical wires and shocks and that ruins the point in a cheap lift. drill a hole in the hockey puck the size of the bolt and put the bolt through it and put it back on the truck just like it was but now it is spaced out by the hockey pucks. you now have a good lift. good luck and be safe man.
