There are tools for this, but yo can accomplish it with a two foot piece of thin, strong wire, two one inch dowels about six inches long, and a buddy.
Remove the outer and inner molding and trim.
Work one end of the wire through the black, rubber adhesive.
Wrap the ends of wire around the dowels.
With one of you inside and one out, work the wire back and forth in a sawing motion around the perimeter of the window until it is cut free.
Do yourself a favor and go around the top first, then strap tape from the roof down the window to hold it in place until the window is free.
