There are 2 screws on the bottom left and right. There is one screw inside the door handle lever conpartment. There is one screw under the carpet of the door handle itself. Just in front of the window switch.
After removing these screws, you can take a flat head screw driver and unsnap the left, right and bottom edges. The panel hooks to the top of the window lip. Push up and and to the right at a slight angle towards the mirror on the door. Angle the panel to remove the door lever then unplug the window switch. It's now completely off.
The 1993 Chevy Caprice Classic drivers side door panel is held in place with for retaining bolts and 10 retaining clips. Remove the retaining bolts and pry outward on each retaining clip.
It is located behind the kick panel of the driver side.

THERE IS ONE SCREW BEHIND THE DOOR LIGHT. LIFT THE WINDOW CONTROL PANEL ON ARM REST AND REMOVE BOLT BEHIND IT. REMOVE PLASTIC COVER BEHIND INNER DOOR HANDLE. THEN LIFT THE PANEL UP. DO NOT PRY OR YOU WILL BREAK ALL OF THE PLASTIC SUPPORTS, YOU MUST LIFT IT UP.

Using a screwdriver remove all the screws in the door panel, remove the clips, and pull the panel away from the frame, gently. Remove any wiring connection between the panel and the frame, and then pull the panel off the door frame.
WHEN YOU OPEN THE DRIVERS FRONT DOOR, IT IS LOCATED ON THE EDGE OF THE DASHBOARD THAT IS FACING THE DOOR PANEL. IT IS A PANEL, HELD ON WITH VELCRO.
