At the top of the headlight there will be two horizontal bars that are either chrome or black. The normal position for this bar is clipped into a bracket on the radiator support. To change the light bulb, pull the bar out of the clip toward the front of the vehicle. Sometimes prying with a screw driver is helpful. After removing the bar from the clip pull straight up while rotating the bar from side to side. After removing the bars the headlamp will be able to be removed from the vehicle and provide access to the turn signal bulb. Re-install in reverse order of removal. Don't you just love that phrase. Good Luck

Pull back FIRMLY on the plastic housing then at the same time pull the front of the housing out and it will release the housing from the bumper. You will have access to the bulb once you have done this.

You need to go into the trunk and release the tail light assembly via (2 or 3?) screw-type attachments. Then you can pull the tail light out of the sock-it from the outside of the car. Individual lights turn slightly and pull out to release and change. Pretty easy once you figure it out.

2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer turn signal light bulb replacement: Purchase the correct replacement turn signal light bulb(s) first, before disassembling the vehicle. See sources and related links below for replacement bulb information. Then consult your owner's manual for the turn signal light bulb replacement procedure. As simple as it sounds, the owner's manual is the best place to start for bulb replacement instructions and illustrations. You may want to consider replacing both left and right at the same time in order to keep brightness and color equal (optional).

Where is the turn signal relay on a 1996 Chevy blazer?

The relay signal is found in the glove compartment, pops right out. Added comment: Don't be misled. The glove compartment in a 1996 Blazer that has AC only contains relays and does not drop down with a simple release mechanism. In this vehicle, the lower dash panels do actually need to be removed in order to access the flasher. You'll need Torx bits and hex sockets to accomplish.

Where is the turn signal flasher in a 1996 ford aerostar van with amber turn signal in rear separate from brake lights?

Front seating area, driver side, behind dash, driver side of steering column, mounted above fuse panel.

What would be making a clicking noise in a 1996 Ford Contour when the blinker is not on?

Noises are impossible to correctly diagnoise unless you can hear them. I had the very same problem with my 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I had to replace the signal switch. That's what was causing the clicking in my car. Maybe you might want to get this checked out. Mine was clicking constantly and very annoying. Godd luck!! Rob I had the same problem too on my contour, and not only did I have to replace the switch, the relays need to be changed regularly. there is a short in the system, there was a recall on them when the car was new, but ford won't help you now, you'll just have to keep replacing the relays.
