Replacing the card is easy, the card is located on the wiper motor where the wires plug in. Remove the wires and the hold down bolts (the card bolts not the motor bolts) then remove the card. Always when you are working on electrical parts disconnect the negative battery post BEFORE starting the job. Have fun----v8Chevyguy Before you remove the card, take a soldering iron and melt the solder globs on the old card just enough to make them shine, this usually fixes the (GM recalled) wiper motor. You don't have to remove the card to do this, just unplug it first. There was a big problem with "COLD" solder joints on these trucks.

It is inside of the wiper motor. Remove the 2 or 3 screews that's on the black cover that's on the front of the wiper motor and unplug the electrical connector. Remove the cover and then pull the module board out. Real easy no problem.

Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.

Oxygen sensor circuit open. Check if the wire is plugged in or broken. If it is then replace the O2 sensor.
remove front cowling remove plug to motor. remove rod arm from motor. remove two bolts holding in on. while it is apart changing the wiper bushing may be a good idea. install in reverse.
