There is no way that you will be able to see your dad's ghost. When a person has died, they are judged by God and they receive their reward from Him, they have little to no interest in those still alive on this earth, other than to pray for their eternal salvation. Any attempt to see or communicate with a dead person is likely to open a person up to demonic activity and is to be strongly avoided. The best thing that you can do for your father is to pray for the repose of his soul. If you really need to know what he would have thought about something you have done, you should speak to the local priest.
