I don't think so. You just have to be decent and presentable I guess.

AnswerIndividual members of the Catholic Church do not wear any special clothing or underclothing. Those who have made vows to the Church or who are leaders in the Church wear special clothing, for example a nun's habit, a priest's robe, or a bishop's mitre. In some cases an undergarment may be a part of the costume, but the special clothing worn by Catholic leaders is no secret, as it is worn outwardly or as a part of an entire outfit, not as an underclothing under regular street clothes.

Catholic AnswerNo. There are certain standards of decency and appropriate clothing, but these are not spelled out. In the first three centuries of the Church there were some things that were kept secret from outsiders until after they were baptized, due to the threat of persecution, torture, and death of the Christians in the Roman Empire. However, since the legalization of Christianity in the early fourth century, there is absolutely NOTHING about Christianity that is secret, outside of who voted how for the new Pope. There is a class called RCIA, it usually starts in August in most parishes, where Catholics are more than happy to explain every thing about the Christian religion to anyone who would like to know. If you are curious about Catholicism, please call your local parish and sign up for the RCIA class. It comes with no obligations, no strings, no attachments. And there are no "secrets," they will be more than happy to explain anything you might have a question about.

Unless in a Catholic school, no. In the school, they wear a plaid skirt, a shirt, a sweater-jacket (elbow length i think), and a tie. Usually.
