How do end the game in red dead redemption undead nightmare?

You place the mask on the stone alter and then watch the ending clip. all returns to normal and Abigail and jack are de-zombified. afterwards, when John is dead after the events of RDR, Seth is seen stealing the mask from the alter again, and the undead rise again, including John. However, John made sure he was buried with some Holy Water, so that even though he has the appearance of a zombie, he still has a man's soul, so he can climb, use guns, ride horses etc. this forms an ending similar to RDR in which there is a free-roam to finish all that needs finishing.

1: John Marston walks out of a barn after his wife and son leave and he is killed by US Army and a Government Agent (Forgot his name).

2: In 1914 you now play as Jack (John Marston's son) and a new stranger mission is in Blackwater. This leads to Jack hunting down and killing the Government Agent.

at the end of of the story, after John Marston dies, a period of three years is skipped to 1914. Jack Marston is around 19-20 yrs old, and is burying his mother Abigail next to john on the hill overlooking Beecher's Hope. from now on you play as Jack, but with all the guns, money, honour, houses, possessions and outfits that John had. there is only one mission available, where you go to the train station in Blackwater. there, a federal bureau official tells jack that Edgar Ross, the man that had John killed, has retired and lives in a house on the shores of Lake Don Juan, the same where Irish told John the Gatling Gun was in preparation for taking over Fort Mercer. at the house, jack finds Ross' wife, who tells them Edgar and his brother are out hunting over in Perdido, Mexico. you can either kill her or let her live at the expense of honour. in Mexico, you find his brother, who tells you he is further down river duck-shooting. you can let him live or die too. when you find Ross, a small cutscene kicks in, with them arguing about his father's death. it culminates in a duel, but disarms aren't allowed, Ross MUST be killed. when you have killed Ross, his body falls back into the river, jack holsters his revolver and walks back towards the screen. the screen comes up red like at the loading screen saying Red Dead Redemption and the credits roll. afterwards, it is just a free-roam. you can hunt, do gang hideouts and finish stranger tasks, apart from the Strange Man, as the task is for John only. this is just an endless period where you can wander and do what ever you want.
