Look at the belt. If it's shows signs of being frayed on the edges, or if it looks dry and cracked by the inner ribs, or if you hear a squeeling sound when you accelerate, or if you have more than a 1/4 inch play (push your finger on the belt), it's time to change your belt.

look inside the trunk for 2 or 3 nuts and remove them .removing the assembly is tricky,but once you start wiggleing it around you will see how it fits. i had to use a hammer to lightly tap out the bolts from inside the trunk. but after you get it started , its pretty easy to figure it out. i couldn't find the exact proceedure in the manual good luck.
Release the tensioner, and it will loosen the belt. Refer to the illstration under the hood of your car to put the new one on. If it does not have a picture, you must remember this, as it is not fun trying to figure it out on your own.
if you cant figure out how to unbolt it you shouldn't be trying to replace it Raise the car and support it on stands. There is an acces cover underneath where the engine bolts onto the tranaxle that makes it pretty easy.
The owners manual lists 5.7 quarts with oil/filter change but that figure is wrong. It only takes 5 quarts with oil/filter change. Do not overfill.
Open the rear hatch, there is a plastic panel that is at the top of the hatch which is long and thin.. It snaps out and the light is behind it. Careful though, the clips break.. I took it Toyota, I couldn't figure it out..
Most likely fuel pump, but that is only that..most likely. There are a million reasons (figure of speech, not literally millions) but many many possibilities. Filter.. Clogged orifice to carb. float in carb bowl stuck, so many more
