Here in Las Vegas one of our firefighters approached some taggers while they were in the process of tagging. They were in a truck with what looked like a "Cherry Picker" or a small hoist in the bed of the truck. the painter was hooked up in a safety harness and hanging over the bridge. The truck stopped and rolled slowly as he tagged with both cans. These are not rookies. Go to My Space or You Tube where you can watch over 4000 videos of graffiti in action!
