i have a 95 ranger, im not sure how different the 2 are, but if u take out the radio and look inside the and to the left you should see a small black box that's the buzzer just unplug it and it and that works but in my truck it also disables all the dash lights and the dome light so i just popped the door panel off and cut the wire. well i hope that helps
