How do i fix my car's AC unit. I can turn the power to the AC on but the air is not blowing and it is making a vibrating almost engine like rumble instead of blowing the air. What is the problem?

If the air is not coming out of the vents, either the bushings in the motor are bad or possibly the squirrel cage blower has broke where it attaches to the motor. In most cars, the fan is behind or just below the glove box on the passenger side. It may be up. The base of the motor should be visible in an irregular shaped 6 inch plate held on with probably 5-6 screws.
