How do i get a rock out from between my dogs paw pad that is covered in super glue and stuck to the skin?

You need to contact your vet for this. There is a super glue remover, but DO NOT use this on the dog without first consulting your vet first. If you have an emergency animal clinic in your area, you can call them to see if you can use it or not if you vet's office is closed. If so, that will keep the dog from having to go until the vet's office is open before getting the rock out of his paw. But again, DO NOT do this without first consulting a vet!
