How do i get rid of blackheads if mum says i am too young to be using products. I have so so so many mainly in my chin. They make me crazy?

You can use a mild face soap, live Aveeno, its sold at the grocery store. Wash your face at least twice daily and use moisturizer. Also, don't touch your face at all during the day because bacteria on your hands can get into the skin and make the blackheads worse.
