Buy a Haynes or Chilton manual and pray....
it is located just in front of the sunroof under the headliner. it is close to the switch. you will just need to pull the stip off the headliner around the sunroof opening. pull the headline down in the front and you will see the motor
its toward the back right in the middle of the car. It is hard to get one line off. I had this same issue with my 99 malibu. You have to get a good grip on that clip on the line. pull toward the filter and pull the line out.
pull the strap in the trunk then push the seat down
To change the transmission fluid on your Chevy Malibu 2005, first, pull off the pan, drain the fluid, and replace it.
The 99' Chevy Malibu is a sideways motor so the first front three will be easy. Just pull the wires and use a spark plug wrench to pull them. The back three are hardest. unbolt the distributor off of the engine to reach the back three. That is the thing where all of you spark plug wires are going into. You will have to be an octopus to get them so good luck.
Pull the motor or pull the transmission, one of them has to come out.
You open the hood, look on rear of the headlight, and you will see nylon clips, pull up on the two clips, remove wiring from the back, and that's it!
no
You put your dickinsider pull it out and she will lite up with a can of millerlite.
My 1999 Chevy Malibu does the same thing. Make sure the gear shift selector is actually clicked all the way into park (push or pull it until the button clicks). The key cannot be turned all the way to the off position (and removed) until the car is in park.
You take your hands and pull it out of the flippin car. derr.
Hey Jim==(It is on the bottom right of the radiator. Sometimes it is easier to pull the lower rad hose. Save and dispose of the used coolant according to the epa. goodluckJoe
