To replace the clutch in a 60 series Toyota Landcruiser take the following steps:
1: Remove protection plate/s.
2: Remove front and rear propeller shafts.
3: Disconnect negative terminal of battery.
4. Remove gear and 4wd selector steel surrounds.
5. Remove gear and 4wd selector rubber dust boots.
6. Pull back carpet / vinyl.
7. Remove gear lever (push down and turn anticlockwise).
(for support use a transmission jack or trolley jack/ bottle jack, also a good idea to put a ratchet strap around transmission and over chassis rails for safety sake)
8. Remove cover underneath clutch.
9. Remove transmission support bracket.
11. Jack transmission slightly with transmission jack.
12. Remove 4 transmission bolts from Bellhousing.
13. Slide transmission back far enough to remove clutch.
14. Remove clutch by rotating flywheel and undoing bolts.
15. Remove spigot bearing from flywheel with suitable tool.
16. Replace throw out bearing
17. Bolt in new clutch taking care to align in the same manner but leave all the bolts 1/2 tightened.
18. Slide transmission back into place making sure correct placement of release fork behind throw out bearing.
19. Tighten clutch bolts.
20. Reverse repeat steps 1-13
Notes:
a) take care to make sure transmission is securely held on transmission jack
b) transmission may need to be lowered slightly to gain enough relief to remove/insert clutch
c) Do not allow transmission to tilt to far when reinstalling as damage to the new clutch may occur.

The Toyota Land Cruiser 80 series was first introduced in 1989. It had swing-out back doors. The 80 series replaced the 60 series. The Land Cruiser 80 is also known as the Lexus LX 450.
It is an air operated clutch triggered by a solenoid. The ECM, A/C, and the solenoid control this. If one is faulty it will stay engaged.
235/75R15 is what is listed as stock size
30 hours
This depends entirly on the car. The sensor on my Detroit 60 series cost $450
Either replace the entire line, or find the break and fix it with a compression fitting.
Yes, that is acceptable but a better replacement in a 60 series tire would be 225/60-15. Either will work though.
Of course it can but this is not a good swap. If you wish to go to a 60 series tire then use 205/60-15.
Can i have the clutch pressure plate bolt torque setting not the FLYWHEEL BOLT
You can but I would advise against it as this is an increase in overall diameter of 0ver 3% which is never advisable. If you want to go with a 60 series tire then get a 165/60-15.
I believe it calls for approximately 1.25. It takes about 2-2.5 hours.
