Should be by crank pulley.
The timing marks on a 1991 Toyota Tercel are on the crank pulley. They are located on the front of the pulley and under the cam.
Salvage yard or Toyota dealer.
You have to get a pulley puller of the appropriate size. Without a pulley you have no chance safely to remove it. Be careful do not deform the pulley it's not that hard as you can think.
around the crank pulley them over to the idler pulley then arounmd a/c pulley up to the alt. pulley then to the p/s pulley to the tentioner. there wasnt that easy
