That depends on the message. Oil change due is reset by turning the key on and pressing the gas pedal to the floor slowly three times. If the overhead reads anything else you will need to see the dealer for service.

If I remember it correctly. YOU TURN THE KEY TO ''"ON"" POSITION. THEN DEPRESS THE DIESEL PEDAL 3 TIMES. (aka=the gas pedal) AND THAT SHOULD DO IT.

I have a 2008 G5 and reset the oil life message this way. First look in your manual - it will tell you how to reset the message, otherwise do it this way. 1) Turn on your ignition key - do not start engine. 2) Go to engine oil life message. 3) Press and hold reset button, then press menu change button. Release both buttons. 4) A message will be displayed "Reset oil message". 5) Press the reset button. A message "acknowledge" is shown. 6) Press the reset button again. Oil life will be 100%.
