How do i tell my mum i had a miscarriage when she didnt know i was pregnant. im really scared and i dont know how she'll react or what she'll say.. Please help..?

Just tell her the truth. Having a miscarriage is hard, and you need someone to support you thru it. But keeping it a secret will only make the situation worse, and sooner or later the truth is going to come out .

You cannot miscarry at 3 weeks as you would not even know you are pregnant. If you miscarried 3 weeks after conception that is 5 weeks pregnant not 3 weeks.
