remove the oil pan or slide a magnet fasten to a flexable stick down the dip stick chase
I assume the handle is broken off and you can not get on it with a pair of needlenose pliers. You have to remove your oil pan, then you can push it up.

There is a dip stick next to the battery. Don't mix it up with oil dip stick. Remove the dip stick and add fluid through the dip stick opening.

Directly behind the Gear shift lever is a 15/16 cap. A Crescent Wrench will work You remove that cap and drain the oil into a pan. Then on the other side directly behind the Kick starter, is a plastic cap. Remove this cap and use a funnel to add about 1.5 quarts of oil. Us the Dip Stick to determine how much you should add. To make it go faster, Put in the First quart, and then use the dip stick and slowly add the other half until the dip stick reads about 3/4 from the bottom of the checkered pattern. Hope this helps.
