Scientists at NASA research moon craters by photographs and data that the astronauts have brought back from the moon. The Astronauts have landed on the moon 6 times during the Apollo missions. Note that Apollo 13 is not listed. Due to an explosion they never landed on the moon but returned home safely. These missions were
