the same way you would change any other spark plug... on the back three spark there allot of wiring in the way just unclip the wires so the can flex out of your way... and use a universal joint! ive got the 94 v6 sho, the design for the spark plugs isn't the best, the deep shaft is hard to clean, buy a couple dollar store brushes and use them to clean down there, use a cumbustable cleaner, and a rag over a flat head screwdriver to mop up the sludge after you've brushed it. and buy new wires too, just to be sure...
This is a transverse engine. (it sits sideways) So the plugs are along the front (behind the grill) and along the rear (by the firewall). It's not going to be easy getting the back ones out. I've heard of guys loosing the motor mounts and having to rock the engine up to get to them.
