Recharged my 1999 with a kit from a decent auto parts store. The kit comes with hoses and a CD and/or website on how to do it. Trickiest part is finding the correct capped off valve, but once you find it, it's easy. Follow the instructions closely and be safe. Best to have an expert do it, but in a pinch, it's easy. Note you may actually have a leak, in which case recharging it may not last long.
