I had a 92 PA so this may apply for you. There is a spring loaded pulley, tensioner, that puts the proper tension on the belt. You need to reduce the spring tension and then you slip the belt off. I found using a ratchet type socket worked best, otherwise you run out of travel room just when you get close. The ratchet allows you to reset and gain that extra movement. If there is not a diagram of the belt routing near the radiator make a diagram before starting. Otherwise you may not remember how it goes back on. You will need to relax the spring pulley again to get the belt back on.
