You will have to remove the top fairing as the headlight i believe is bolted onto it. Remove side panels, securing bolts on the frame, and the wiring loom to the top fairing. Just take it slow and dont pull too hard and it will come off fine. I had the ZZR1100 which i think is the European version of the zx11. I replaced my headlight and top fairing without too much problems.

Check the battery cables to make sure they are fully connected. If that does not allow starting, the cylinders may need to be re-shimmed.

$31.50 per year registration. If you're just buying it, you'll also pay 7% sales tax on the purchase price plus a title fee...probably around $20

152 keihin main jet or 140 dj main jet if bike is lightly modded (k&n air filter and aftermarket exhaust). needle jet shimmed. A 4 degree ignition advancer would be helpful as well. Maybe some ngk cr9e-k spark plugs ( multi ground plug)

pull a spark plug one at a time . leave it attached to the plug wire and hold the plug right next to the frame or something that will make a good ground. be sure and hold the spark plug wire boot and not the plug itself or youll get a shock you wont soon forget. i even use pliers myself. as the plug is grounded to the frame crank the engine and look for a bright blue spark . if you have spark your coils are working . no spark could be coils, plug wires, etc

To my knoledge Kawasaki does not make a 1100CC motorcycle however Honda does and i found the information for this if its any help. i also included some Kawasaki bikes around that size. *Honda CBR1100XX (Blackbird) (1100cc) 114 kW (153 hp) @ 10,000 rpm *Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R (1200cc) 178 hp at standstill and 190 hp at 300 km/h *Kawasaki Ninja ZX9-R (900cc) 128 hp (2000 model) Hope this was heplfull, Beathalor kawasaki made the zx11 in the early nintys, i have an 89 zx10 it makes 137hp at 10,000rpm. i would think the zx 11 is in the 150hp range.

You have to remove the bumper in order to access the whole headlight assembly...sucks XD

Open the hood, take off the bumper (the placement consists of a few clips) and you have access to the headlight bolts. Unscrew those and you will remove the headlight.

By removing the locks that hold the headlight assembly in place you can wiggle the headlight assembly out to gain access to the headlight bulbs for replacement.

Open the hood, remove the two locks that hold the headlight assembly in place, with the two locks removed you can wiggle the headlight assembly out and gain access to the back side of the assembly to remove and replace the headlight bulb.

Remove the entire headlight assembly to gain access to the bulbs.

On older vehicles you replace the entire headlight. On the newer vehicles you just replace the bulb unless the headlight assembly is damaged.

just behind the left hand fairing (sitting on the bike). Just to far to reach with fairing in place unless you have spider leg fingers.

remove 5 screws holding windshield. remove whole headlight assembly. take flash light and look in headlight opening and find 4 nuts holding fairing to mounting brackets-2 nuts per side.. remove nuts. then remove your light bar-2 bolts per side..disconnect harness for light bar from inside fairing..remove fairing

Remove the headlight retaining bolts. The retaining bolts can be access through the engine compartment. Remove the wiring harness. Reverse the process to install the new headlight.

A quarter fairing is usually found on motorcycles. It's a fairly small aerodynamic panel that's fitted around the headlight and extends a bit upwards and out along the handle bars.

You can replace the headlight from the engine compartment. The headlight bulb connector will be on the back of the headlight. Push the connector in and turn. The headlight will come out.

Replace headlight bulb only when blown.
