To add a specific question to your watchlist simply click on the button with the eyeball.
To add it in your watchlist add the widget of RSS to your watchlist.
You can put a question on your watchlist. There is a link on the left that says Watch Question. By selecting that, you add it to your watchlist. When you log in, select My Watchlist and any questions or categories that have changed and you are watching will show in the list.
Click the "My settings" in the left-blue pod and then uncheck the "Add pages you edit to your Watchlist by default." checkbox.
Add this question to your Watchlist so you can be alerted to new answers and edits.

I figured it out. But just in case anyone else wants to know... Go to "My watchlist". Find the "Edit" button around the top right corner. Click it. Check off all the subjects that you want to add to your watchlist.

AnswerEvery change to every question on WikiAnswers is tracked. To view these changes, you can click "History of Changes" in the left toolbox of a question page.To monitor them you can add the question to your Watchlist (click "Watch Question" in the toolbox, or when you ask the question). Yes, anything you make changes to will automatically be added to your watchlist and you will be notified via your watchlist. If you want to be notified of a question without making changes to it, click 'add updates' in one of the green boxes next to the orange button saying "answer it".

Using Your WatchlistYou can put whatever questions you want on your Watchlist. This list shows all of the questions that you wish to watch - whether you asked them, answered them, or are making sure that no one ruins a great answer. When you see a new question, you will see four blocks that you can click on. One of them says "Watch this question" which if you click on it, will be added to your Watchlist. Any changes at all that are made to that question will show up in your Watchlist, with information on when it was changed and by whom.You can also unselect questions that you wish to watch by opening up your watchlist and clicking on "Click here to change the list of Categories and questions you are watching."(See Related question on how to use your Watchlist)
