The fluid is added to the brake master cylinder. it is mounted under the hood on the firewall on the driver side.

You fill the reservior to 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch from the top. The master cylinder is on the driver's side mounted to the brake booster.
The brake fluid reservior is located on the master cylinder that is attached to the power brake booster. They are mounted on the firewall in the engine compartment dierectly accross from the driver. Unless you have a hydra boost system in which case the power steering supplies the fluid.
You open the hood, find the brake fluid reservoir, take the cap off and add DOT 3 brake fluid up to the full level.
You can add brake fluid inside the brake fluid reservoir. The reservoir is located on the driver's side under the micro-filter panel.
