How do you adjust 1994 toyata Camry headlights I don't have the handbook. their is a screw aduster on the top of each light and one on the back - but when I turn them nothing happens.?

thet r the screws u turn if it doesnt work with a screwdriver try a 8mil socket that's what i did goodluck
