Newer model S-10's have two lower tabs that must be positioned in the slots. You can then push them back and the upper tabs project through the upper holes where you slide the keepers in place to hold the lights. Not aligning the lower tabs in the slots can result in your lights bouncing around and becoming misaligned again. Eventually they will settle down and an adjustment will hold but make take a few road trips.

Now that they are seated correctly, you can see one torx head internal and external ( internal / external = there is a female slot in the bolt for a torx bit as well as the outside of the screw being torx for a torx socket ) sticking out on the top of the headlight assembly for the Up/Down adjustment. Looking down through a hole in the frame above the light assembly you can see the Left/Right adjustment screw.
