Most likely the hinge pins need replacing, with the door open can you lift it up and down from the end? the pins are cheap and fairly easy to replace but don't do it alone! someone will have to hold up the door. or you will end up breaking a wire or putting a dent in the door. (comes from experience) if they aren't bad then you can loosen the bolts on the hinges where they bolt to the body and move the door where you need it. but if your hinge pins are bad don't loosen these bolts! because that's an extra step you'll have to take.

Answerthe doors sag over time and with age. i had the same problem with my 87 k blazer. i loosened the hinge bolts and used fender washers to shim up the hinges. it'll take several tries.

first with the door closed determine which way you want the door to move. if you need the door to move in or out, you can do that without shims. loosen the hinge bolts and move the door (you don't have to completely remove the bolts to make this adjustment.).

more than likely tho the rear most part of the door will be sagging down. to correct that you will have to shim the bottom hinge. add one washer at a time between the hinge and the jam running the bolts thru the washers (you will have to remove the bolts for this). keep checking the gap between the door and the b-pillar until you get it right. one or two washers is all it'll take at the very most. if you need more than that you have a bigger problem than sagging hinges.

also, to prevent dropping the door only work on one hinge at a time, just loosen all the bolts enough to get the washer under the hinge and only remove one bolt at a time so that you can stick it thru the washer.
