there is an Allen screw and a nut on the throttle cable you loosen the nut and the screw and adjust it to make it idle up or down.
You can adjust the idle on your Polaris 90 by turning the adjustment screw on the side of the fuel pump. Turn the adjustment screw to the left to increase the idle speed.
Turn the Idle Adjusting screw.
turn the idle screw!
you can't its computer controlled, unlike the old carburetors with an idle air mixture screw to adjust, its set by the factory and you can't screw with it
At the base of the carburetor are 2 screws. One adjusts the idle speed and the other adjusts the idle mixture. Screw the idle mixture in until the engine starts missing then screw it out 1 turn. Then, adjust the idle speed screw to about 850 RPM.
Idle speed is set by the PCM and is not adjustable. The screw you are fiddling with is just the stop screw to adjust the initial throttle plate position, it should not be used to attempt to adjust the idle.
adjust the idle screw on the drivers side of the throttle body turn it to the right to lower you idle turn to the left to raise it

The idle adjust screw is on the throttle body. The side of the throttle body that faces the front of the car should have a dime size flathead screw towards the upper edge.
There should be an idle screw right by or under your throttle
there is a set screw on the linkage on the carb that will adjust it.
