At the rear of the engine on the left hand side there is an (AAV) auxiliary air valve. In front of this is a bolt sticking out. This is the idle setting bolt. Idle rpm should be 750 rpm.
on top of the upper intake there is a screw. it can be used to adjust idle speed.

you can adjust it via the idle control valve.
It could be the Idle Air Control (Idle speed control) valve. Its located on the left side of your TBI and has an electrical connection.

you can`t adjust the idle speed manualy,it has to be done through the ecu via a main dealer diagnostic computer.
The computer does it for you through the IAC valve Idle air control its under throttle body intake hose.
Turn the Idle Adjusting screw.
Idle speed should be 750 rpm when the car is in neutral according to the manual. I have mine set a little higher (around 800) because it's less susceptible to dipping
If it has EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) there is no idle speed adjustment. The idle speed is adjusted electronically.
With the engine running, turn the idle screw until you get the speed you want.
