To adjust the tilt on the driver's seat, fold the seat forward to access the adjustments. Look for the seat's track...there is one on each side. at the rear of the tracks you'll see a big plastic black knob. You pull out (about 1/4") the knob and rotate it either left or right, depending on it's current position, to lower or raise the seat's tilt. You need to make an equal adjustment on the opposite track. I believe this adjustment has three different levels.
This track adjustment might be a little tight...lightly spray some WD40 around the area to help move the track...Also, sometimes you might need a large flat blade screwdriver to help manipulate the adjuster. You'll see the flat blade slot behind the adjuster.

There is a lever on the left side of the drivers seat that you can pump up or down.
Startat 1 1/4 turns from seat and adjust for best idle
It seems that you cannot. I have an S class. As the seat adjusts forward and back a cable makes the seatbelt go up and down. I think mu=y drivers cable is broken, there is no manual adjustment
On the side of the drivers seat on a label vin plus engine etc
Open the drivers door and there is a fuse box on the side of the dash you can only see with the drivers door open. The seat fuses are 25 and 41.
