unscrew the distrupittar cap and turn it till it's right, make sure you use a timing light, if you don't know what that is then please, do everyone a favor and have a professional do it. Actually, since you asked how to in the first place, have a professional do it and save yourself the potential the get hit with 80,000 volts, or getting you fingers chopped off from the fan.
