Assuming it's a70's CB450 K then it's easy.
Remove spark plugs
Remove generator cover at crank right side lower (3 screws)
Turn crank until the marks align and the left cyl is at TDC and valves closed - ie on compression stroke can check you are on the compression stroke either bay taking a peak into the bore through the plug hole annd observing valves closing, or by putting your finger over the plug hole and feeling the compression build...
The tensioner unit is fitted at the back of the barrels
Slacken the 10mm lock nut a few turns
Slacken the 10mm bolt a couple of turns - this releases the tensioner plunger
Rock the crank back and forth no more than 10 degs of movement on the spanner / wrench
Set at TDC again
Tighten the tensioner bolt (be careful this is a small dia bolt made out of mild steel)
Tighten the lock nut
Refit the plugs
Refit the generator cover
Job done !

100 to 300 depends on condition
chain size is 630 pitch, o-ring style chain recommended
for the NGK plug # 2411 it calls for a gap of .032
It's either a fouled spark plug or your drive chain is stretched past its adjustment point.

Rebuliding a Honda CB 450 DX Need to know the ammount of fork oil required in each fork leg.
The intake is .002 and the Exhaust is .004 cold. Instrustions say the gap is measured at the cam/rocker. Not between the valve stem and adjust screw.
No, there is no element called Cb. There is, however, such a thing as a CB, a Citizen's Band radio.
depends if you want standard velocity cb or sub sonic. the most common cb is the CCI sub sonic cb. cb stands for conical ball
